The space
Mt Villa Home has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed is downstairs adjoining a full bathroom with tub/shower. The other bedroom is upstairs, has a king size bed and is in a loft with a half bathroom and a private balcony with a view for miles. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining supplies. Guest access
You’ll have access to the whole house and detached pavilion.
Additional notes
If you book directly with us, we will place a $500 security deposit hold on your card 2 days before your arrival, and release the deposit 2 days after check-out. If you prefer, you may request instead to purchase a damage protection policy (we would send you that information).

Neighborhood overview
Drive slow, especially on S. Goat Ridge and Mt Villa Rd, as there are many limited-sight turns and hills. Drive carefully. Our neighborhood is very friendly. Be ready to wave at passing vehicles as this is normal out here :)
